Processing & Shipping 🚚
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (yes, you can stalk it 👀).

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days
• Overnight: 1–2 business days

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and delays can happen due to carriers, weather, or busy seasons.

Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
• Delays caused by carriers
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right 💕

Returns 💕
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for return

Return Conditions
Items must be:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Tags attached
• Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or odors

Items that don’t meet these standards won’t be accepted.
