Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We take a little time to carefully pack your goodies so they arrive looking cute & perfect!

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can stalk your package (we totally get it 👀).

Shipping Options 🚚💨
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees—sometimes carriers have their own schedule

Currently, we ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order 📦
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays (ugh, we know)
Once your package leaves us, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by shipping issues, weather, or high-volume periods—but we’ll always try to help if something seems off!

Lost or Stolen Packages 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Wrong Address 
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Items 
If your order arrives damaged , email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right!
